Marine Sgt. Casey Johnson, a single mom, goes to war in Iraq where
she is sexually assaulted by a fellow Marine, while at the same time
facing the horrors of war. Once home and in the grip of PTSD she
struggles to return to a normal life.
New York Times: “The subject of sexual assault in the
military gives the play its weight and merit…deftly layers critical
incidents in a forceful climax.”
Pittsburgh Post-Gazette: “A searing journey that is an all-out enveloping battle for which you can hardly come up for air.”
